Step by Step instructions for backhoes that have a standard stick and general purpose bucket
)Before the loading process, you will need to remove both right outrigger PADS ONLY.
)Place both sets of pads and pins on the floor board of the machines. Or you can place them on the seat after the machines have been loaded.
)When the container arrives, you will have exactly 2 hours to load and seal both machines.
)Prior to the container arriving, you will need to have a loading dock. If you do not have a loading dock then you will need to build of pile of dirt that will serve as a loading dock.
)If you are building a pile of dirt to load, the height of the pile will need to be a minimum of 54 inches or 4 foot 6 inches.
)When driving the first machine into the container, prior to entering the container, you will need to let the air out of the tires to approximately 10 – 15%.
)You will then need to turn to chair around to operate the boom controls. Unpin the backhoe boom, keeping it curled under. You will need to lower it until you have clearance to enter the container.
)You will need to drive the first backhoe VERY CLOSE to the left side. Place the front bucket into the full dump position, directly against the container wall. Engage the emergency brake.
)You will then turn around to swing the backhoe boom VERY SLOWLY until it is TOUCHING the left wall of the container.
)You will need to place 2x4s under both back tires to remove the chance of the machine rolling which would result in damage.
)You will then need to back the second backhoe up to the entrance.
)You will then need to turn the chair around to operate the boom controls. Unpin the backhoe boom, keeping it curled under. You will need to lower it until you have clearance to enter the container.
)Back the 2nd machine in, placing the book tightly between the first backhoe’s outrigger on the right side.
)You will need to drive the second backhoe VERY CLOSE to the right side. Place the front bucket into the full dump position. Ensure there is enough clearance to close the doors. Engage the emergency brake.
)You will need to place 2×4 blocks under all of the back tires of the second machine.
)Ensure the keys are in the ignition. Close the doors and seal the container.
