Unless you’ve been under a rock the past few days, we’re sure that by now you’re aware that the NBA threw the book at LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, banning him for life, fining him $2.5 million and raising the possibility of a forced sale of the team over racist remarks he made to an ex-girlfriend that surfaced on a tape recording.
Miami Heat Star LeBron James said there’s no room in this game for an owner like that. Kobe Bryant and TNT analyst Kenny Smith are among the many to join James in calling for Sterling’s ouster.
Like The NBA and fans across the globe, here at EHE, we also have a problem with offensive remarks…..Offensive remarks in the form of fine print rules, regulations and unnecessary fees that many companies implement when buying or selling used heavy equipment.
You see, we understand that if you’re looking to buy or sell heavy used equipment, you’re looking to get the absolute best deal possible……anything less than that is extremely offensive.
We don’t tolerate that, just as Commissioner Adam Silver outlined in his announcement at a New York press conference, that the NBA doesn’t tolerate offensive remarks from those in a position of power.
…And yes, a company that provides an avenue to buy or sell used heavy equipment IS in fact in a position of power over you when it comes to doing business and getting the result you want.
But check this out: We’re one of the only companies that implement a policy of transparency by providing market data that validates fair market values on equipment and vehicles
In fact, we’re the most competitive wholesaler of used heavy construction equipment, meaning we offer “true” wholesale pricing on all of our heavy equipment.
Because registration is not required for construction or agricultural equipment, theft is a serious problme. We are one of the only resellers that has created a partnership with law enforcement to provide our customers with the added value of cross referencing each piece of equipment we buy against the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.
In addition, we offer extensive information through our blog posts that will help educate both buyers and sellers.
